Musical Moments is the place to be if you want to know more about historical performance. Whether its educational episodes or #newcomer interviews, this series offers a glimpse into the world of early music and Ars Lyrica!

In this educational episode, we will explore the Doctrine of Affections, the Baroque idea that music can elicit certain feelings, or "affections" in the body. Our lesson supports this theory with musical examples as well as examples of modern science, combining music, science, history, and social-emotional learning. The program will be broadcast from our Facebook and YouTube pages.
